| Shipping Terms LILILIGHTS.COM ships via 3-7 day ground service. Express delivery is available for an extra charge. Same-day delivery may also be available in your area. Please refer to the check out tables for additional shipping information. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order but your items may arrive in more than one box. Exchanges We will exchange products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased you may return it if it is in it’s original condition and packaging and it has not been scratched or damaged. Buyer will be responsible for 100% of shipping and handling costs on ALL PRODUCT returns except when products are defective or carry fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you. All exchanges MUST BE accompanied by an RMA number issued by LILILIGHTS.COM. **Please see above link for RMA Request online. Please include all of the following - The reason for the return - Specify whether you want a replacement or a refund. - Orders placed through the LILILIGHTS.COM Site will be processed Goggle Checkout. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and the Discover Network. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments. - Credit cards will be charged when the order is shipped from our distribution center. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). - We will only ship to an address that is on record with your credit card provider. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. All charges will be made in US Dollars. - In addition, consumer protection laws protect you against the unauthorized use of your credit card. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges made to your account. Orders/Shipments Outside the Continental U.S. - Funds must be in U.S. Currency. Canada – Orders may be placed on our website. Shipping charges will be double the listed charges shown in the shipping table above. - Brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or pre-pay these charges. Please check with your government customs officials to find out how much these charges might be prior to ordering. International Shipments: Any customers outside the continental United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada). Requirements for international orders: - All quotes, prices are listed in US Dollars only. - All orders must be paid by bank wire transfer only. *NO Credit Cards. - Minimum purchase total must equal or exceed $100 before shipping. - International Orders must be placed via our Customer Service email link. Orders will be shipped after our bank in the US has received wire transfer. - Returns, exchanges must adhere to LILILIGHTS.COM policies listed in the terms and conditions. Please include the following information with your order: - Name (First and Last) - Company (when applicable) - Street address - City - State/Province/County (Which ever is applicable) - Country - Phone number - E-mail - Shipping charges are considerably more expensive than our standard shipping rates. A shipping quote will be calculated per order and emailed to you prior to confirming your order. - Shipping outside the continental United States takes approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. - Buyer is 100% responsible for customs processes and retrieval of package. We recommend buyer utilizes FedEx for tracking and package insurance purposes. - We will be glad to guide you through all of these steps.
